What happens if I am out?

All items delivered by third party carrier will need to be signed for, however, if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to arrange redelivery of your order.

Yes, you can collect item from our local warehouse if you already paid online or you can make payment via phone or cash when you arrive to warehouse to collect it.

If you have already paid out on website and if you would like to collect your order from our local warehouse

When collecting your order, to protect you against fraud, please bring the following items with you:
Proof of Purchase – a printout of your order confirmation, confirmation email or Invoice.
Suitable ID – Driving license, Passport or a payment card.

If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, this is not a problem. You will need to advise us when we call, to tell you, your order is ready for collection. The named collector will need to bring in:
Your Proof of Purchase – a printout of your order confirmation, confirmation email or Invoice.
Suitable ID – Their own Driving license, Passport or a payment card with their name on it

We offer delivery to all Countries. however, Deliveries are charged based on weight and destination and can take between 3 and 15 working days. We will send you an email advising of the delivery costs before processing the order and any additional cost will be charged to your card/account, if applicable

Returns

Returns can be made a number of ways:

  • Post
    If you return your order by post, we recommend that you return the goods by registered post so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during the transit.
    Prepaid return label only supplied by us if there is any error from our side alternatively once you return the item advise the cost of return and we will refund it to you once the item arrived at us, no return postage cost will be provided unless it is authorized by us before you post an item to us
  • Collection
    If you want us to arrange your return to be collected, please contact us. Please be advised a handling charge may apply. Collection request will be chargeable if there is no any fault from our side and if there is any error from our side still collection is not the preferred method of return so we may provide you prepaid Royal mail return label or third party carrier label to drop it to your nearest drop of point.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and aim to offer a pleasant shopping experience for everyone. We understand that occasionally we all make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with, which is why we like to make life as easy as possible and offer a full refund when you return any unused items in a resalable condition and in their original packaging within 30 days.

Speedy returns: We Endeavour to process your return within 72 hours of receipt. Depending on your bank/card issuer please be aware it can take between 3-5 days for the money to appear in your bank account.

We will refund our original delivery charge if there is any error from our side and if the complete order is returned within the first 7 days after the invoice date. If the order is returned to us after 7 days from the original invoice date then unfortunately we will not be able to refund the original delivery charge. If any product you purchase is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights

If within 30 days of purchase you return the product with your order confirmation and provided the damage is not due to customer negligence, we will provide either a replacement product or a full refund. Replacements are provided at no extra cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you believe a product is faulty, you should notify our Customer Service Department 98250 11149 (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm – call charges may vary by network or via email to info@uniqueindustry.com) and arrange for return/collection of the product as instructed. Our policy on faulty products does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that for security reasons we cannot refund a different card to the one you made the original purchase with.
Please also note that for security reasons we can only send out replacement items to the address used in your original order.
If the damage to a faulty item is deemed to be malicious, no refund (Product, delivery charge, nor return postage) will be made.

Recalls: In the extremely rare event that we may recall a product, you agree to cooperate fully with us and will provide all reasonable assistance as required by us.

Simple browse through the categories at the top of the homepage and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section, spilt into either product types or category wise.

Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the product code, product into our search facility (Left hand side of the website) and we will find you everything related to your specific search.

Once you have found what you are looking for, click ‘add to shopping bag’, and when you’re done shopping, follow the on screen instructions to fill in your payment and delivery details.

Once your order has entered our dispatching process we will not be able to make any changes. In these circumstances you may return goods by using our returns process

Under INDIA Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract with us, within 7 working days of receiving your order. You will need to advise us so we can issue you with a full refund and return the cancelled items to us. However, all our products are covered by the SamplingHub 15 days refund or exchange policy. We are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted product provides that it is returned to us within 30 days of receipt unused, and in its original undamaged packaging with proof of purchase (i.e. order number, order confirmation or packing note).

If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

Under the INDIA Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.

In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
